About the role
- Narrative Architecture: Build and develop strategic narratives for multiple channels, ensuring editorial unity and depth.
- Creation and Editing: Produce and edit long-form content (speeches, articles, newsletters, white papers) with high aesthetic and informational standards.
- Curation and Analysis: Interpret client briefings and insights to identify what is truly relevant, transforming raw data into valuable stories.
- Project Leadership: Operate autonomously in decision-making, propose editorial directions, and resolve client-related impasses.
- Information Management: Gather and interpret complex information, ensuring absolute clarity in the final communication.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Journalism, Literature/Language Studies, or Advertising).
- Languages: Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) and advanced English (reading, writing, and meetings).
- Storytelling: Proven experience with scripts, interactive formats, and developing high-impact narratives.
- Availability: Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Soft Skills: Hands-on attitude, intellectual curiosity, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong analytical ability.
