About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta
- Manage daily pacing, bids, audiences, and budgets; continuously A/B test creative, copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Design teams to align paid campaigns with landing-page experiences, messaging, and customer insights.
- Track and report on channel performance across awareness, acquisition, and retention; surface insights that inform creative and budget strategy.
- Monitor CAC efficiency, LTV:CAC, and payback period; propose data-based adjustments to improve ROI.
- Identify new paid platforms, formats, or audiences to test and scale.
- Coordinate with external partners, platforms, or agencies to ensure execution quality and cost control.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2C and B2B performance marketing, ideally in subscriptions, marketplaces, or consumer tech.
- Expert knowledge of SEM and paid social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills — comfortable building reports, analyzing CAC and ROAS, and using data to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated success improving acquisition efficiency at scale.
- Experience collaborating with creative, analytics, and product teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
