About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop new business, strengthen the active account portfolio and represent BOLD in the state
  • Manage active accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
  • Serve customers through distributors
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, timelines and commercial terms in line with strategy
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding needs and proposing solutions
  • Deliver training sessions with distributors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Belém, PA
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel
  • Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
  • Experience in prospecting, portfolio management and consultative negotiation
  • Experience with the indirect channel / distributors
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong communication skills, organization and focus on targets and results
