Sales Executive
BOLD SNACKSSales Executive for BOLD Snacks developing new business and managing client relationships in Bahia and Sergipe. Requires background in sales and consultative negotiation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business, strengthen the existing client portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
- Manage the active portfolio, ensuring client retention and revenue growth
- Serve direct clients and, primarily, clients through distributors
- Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions in line with company strategy
- Act in a consultative manner, understanding needs and proposing appropriate solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in Salvador, Bahia
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
- Category B driver’s license (CNH B) and availability to travel
- Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
- Experience in prospecting, portfolio management, and consultative negotiation
- Experience working with indirect channels / distributors
- Proficiency with analytical tools and performance indicators
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and focus on targets and results
