About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop new business, strengthen the existing client portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
  • Manage the active portfolio, ensuring client retention and revenue growth
  • Serve direct clients and, primarily, clients through distributors
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions in line with company strategy
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding needs and proposing appropriate solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reside in Salvador, Bahia
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
  • Category B driver’s license (CNH B) and availability to travel
  • Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
  • Experience in prospecting, portfolio management, and consultative negotiation
  • Experience working with indirect channels / distributors
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and performance indicators
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and focus on targets and results
