About the role

  • Responsible for leading the multichannel sales strategy in the Central-West, North and Northeast regions, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence
  • Work directly with distributors and Key Accounts (KA), ensuring excellence in execution and relationship management
  • Manage and develop distributors and key accounts (KA) in the region
  • Implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure execution of commercial policies and sales targets
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions
  • Act hands-on, providing direct support to the team and customers
  • Lead and develop the team, promoting engagement and high performance
  • Identify growth opportunities in the segment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in the area preferred
  • Experience in the food products / consumer goods sector
  • Experience managing distributors and key accounts
  • Hands-on profile with strong results orientation
  • Preferably residing in Ceará, Federal District (Brasília) or Goiás
  • Availability for frequent travel
  • Category B driver's license (CNH B)
