About the role
- Own the strategy and execution for growing student MAUs.
- Own all key MAU drivers, including Bold Rewards system, browser plugin, mobile app, lifecycle notifications.
- Make Bold.org products more valuable and engaging.
- Work closely across engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data to define the roadmap.
- Responsible for creating durable growth, healthier activation funnels, and a Rewards system that delights students.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a retention, rewards, or lifecycle-focused product manager, preferably at a consumer-facing or fintech company.
- SQL + strong analytical instincts.
- Experience collaborating tightly with engineering, operations, design, lifecycle, and marketing teams.
- Strong project leadership.
- Experience with notifications, plugin adoption, lifecycle messaging, or rewards systems is a major plus.
- Exceptional communication skills—simple, clear, kind.
- Ability to simplify complex retention mechanics into intuitive product experiences.
