Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience
  • 9+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting
  • 12+ years of work experience across digital, 1to1 marketing, MarTech, and CRM
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies across digital touchpoints
  • Proven expertise in comprehensive CRM strategy
  • CRM platform certification strongly encouraged
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaign execution
  • Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to understand data and reporting and provide client summaries and insights
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
