• Support our financial accounting in ongoing operational bookkeeping across various weclapp ERP systems

Financial Planning and Analysis

• You analyze and optimize accounting processes and develop process-oriented, accounting-compliant solutions
• You advise our clients functionally and systematically in Finance & Accounting, particularly on the implementation and further development of Haufe X360
• You configure the ERP system in the finance area (tax logic, chart of accounts, posting templates, open-item logic, etc.) and support the client through to go-live
• You prepare requirements analyses and tailored solution concepts for finance departments and contribute to quality assurance through posting tests, open-item reconciliations and error analyses
• You design automation solutions and implement them within Haufe X360 to increase the efficiency of financial processes
• You train and support end users to ensure successful integration and use of Haufe X360
• You ensure smooth integration of financial accounting with other Haufe X360 modules such as production, logistics and sales
• You support the optimization of reporting and data transparency within accounting in Haufe X360
• You support our project management with your subject-matter expertise, both in day-to-day activities and in client interactions
• You document your work clearly and in a structured manner so it is comprehensible to team members and clients

• Konfigurierst das ERP-System im Bereich Finanzen (Steuerlogik, Kontenrahmen, Buchungsvorlagen, OP-Logik) und begleitest Kunden bis zum produktiven Start
• Erstellst Anforderungsanalysen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte für Finanzabteilungen
• Trägst zur Qualitätssicherung mittels Buchungstest, OP-Abgleiche und Fehleranalysen bei
• Konzipierst Automatisierungslösungen und setzt diese zur Effizienzsteigerung von Finanzprozessen innerhalb von Haufe X360 um
• Schulst und begleitest Anwender zur erfolgreichen Integration und Nutzung von Haufe X360
• Stellt reibungslose Integration der Finanzbuchhaltung mit anderen Modulen (Produktion, Logistik, Vertrieb) sicher
