• You analyze and optimize accounting processes and develop accounting-compliant, process-oriented solutions
• You provide professional and systematic advice to our clients in Finance & Accounting, particularly for the implementation and further development of Haufe X360
• You configure the ERP system in the finance area (tax logic, chart of accounts, posting templates, open-item logic, etc.) and support the client through to go-live
• You prepare requirements analyses and tailored solution concepts for finance departments and contribute to quality assurance through posting tests, open-item reconciliations and error analyses
• You design automation solutions and implement them within Haufe X360 to increase the efficiency of finance processes
• You train and support end users to ensure successful integration and use of Haufe X360
• You ensure smooth integration of the financial accounting module with other Haufe X360 modules, such as production, logistics and sales
• You help optimize reporting and data transparency within accounting in Haufe X360
• You support our project management with your subject-matter expertise, both in day-to-day execution and in client interactions
• You document your work clearly and in a structured manner so it is transparent and comprehensible for team members and clients

• Du analysierst und optimierst Buchhaltungsprozesse und entwickelst buchhalterisch korrekte, prozessuale Lösungen
• Du berätst unsere Kunden fachlich und systematisch im Bereich Finance & Accounting, insbesondere bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Haufe X360
• Du konfigurierst das ERP-System im Bereich Finanzen (Steuerlogik, Kontenrahmen, Buchungsvorlagen, OP-Logik, etc.) und begleitest den Kunden bis zum produktiven Start
• Du erstellst Anforderungsanalysen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte für Finanzabteilungen und trägst zur Qualitätssicherung mittels Buchungstest, OP-Abgleiche und Fehleranalysen bei
• Du konzipierst Automatisierungslösungen und setzt diese zur Effizienzsteigerung von Finanzprozessen innerhalb von Haufe X360 um
• Du schulst und begleitest die Anwender, um eine erfolgreiche Integration und Nutzung von Haufe X360 sicherzustellen
• Du stellst eine reibungslose Integration der Finanzbuchhaltung mit anderen Modulen in Haufe X360, wie z.B. Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb, sicher
• Du unterstützt die Optimierung des Reportings und der Datentransparenz innerhalb der Buchhaltung in Haufe X360
• Du unterstützt unsere Projektleitung durch deine fachliche Expertise, sowohl im täglichen Doing, als auch im Kundenkontakt
