About the role
- Architect and build the core intelligence layer behind Bold Amplify™
- Design and deploy production-grade RAG pipelines using Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic
- Build embedding and ingestion pipelines for data
- Implement vector search using Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or pgvector
- Design multi-step agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
- Build state machines for business actions
- Integrate AI agents with systems like Greenhouse, HubSpot, QuickBooks
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Own CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Contribute to AI architecture standards
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years deploying AI/ML systems into production
- Experience building production RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Deep understanding of vector databases
- Strong skills in Python and backend architecture
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS or ERP systems
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Experience in CI/CD and production reliability
- Ability to think in systems and workflows
