• Initial contact: You inform interested candidates by phone about our course offerings, address their personal situation and learning goals, and prepare them for the application process.
• Applicant evaluation: You assess applicants’ chances of success using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Point of contact: You support applicants from the initial phone conversation through onboarding during the first week of the course.
• Contact with employment advisors: You assist applicants with applying for education vouchers (Bildungsgutscheine) and are available to answer follow-up questions from employment agency representatives.
• Event participation: You attend events and trade fairs to identify potential participants and engage with them.

• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Unternehmenspartner zusammen, um die Kund:innen gemeinsam zu betreuen und maximalen Unternehmenserfolg zu gewährleisten.
