About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In this role you advise our clients on implementing modern security and compliance solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment and actively contribute your expertise to projects
You design and implement security measures and continuously further develop existing architectures
Your focus is on consulting and implementing Security & Compliance solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment: design and implementation of security measures (Endpoint, Identity, M365, Cloud Apps)
Conduct security assessments to identify risks and optimization potentials
Your activities are complemented by the implementation of firewall projects and network segmentation, ideally with Palo Alto Networks
With your expertise you support our support team (from 2nd level) in security incidents
In addition, you work on the further development of our security standards and take independent responsibility for customer projects
You ensure the stable operation and quality of the implemented solutions and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
With your analytical thinking you quickly identify relationships, present complex topics clearly and develop sustainable security concepts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training or degree in the IT field or an equivalent qualification
Several years of practical experience implementing Microsoft 365 security solutions
Your focus is clearly in the area of Microsoft 365 Security: Microsoft 365 Security (Defender Suite, Entra ID, Conditional Access)
Implementation and further development of security architectures (e.g. Zero Trust)
Additionally, you bring knowledge in the following areas: firewalling and network segmentation (ideally with Palo Alto)
Security operations topics (monitoring, incident handling, vulnerability management)
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Strong customer orientation and a confident presence in workshops and projects
You are a team player and enjoy working in a collegial environment
German (at least B2) and English (at least B2)
