About the role
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders for support activities
- Investigate technical and configuration issues for CMES/Velocity in partnership with IT and factory stakeholders
- Develop and maintain expertise in CMES/Velocity system integrations
- Manage User Access Control for users and suppliers in CMES/Velocity
- Perform user audits of MES systems and permissions
- Implement configuration-based enhancements submitted by manufacturing customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of user experience with Boeing Management Execution Systems (MES)
- 3+ years of experience investigating and supporting solutions for a wide range of complex technical problems
- 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Support or IT environment
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- 1+ years maintaining User Access Control for digital systems (preferred)
- 1+ years using SQL to query databases (preferred)
- 2+ years in a technical or factory support role requiring root cause analysis and resolution (preferred)
