About the role
- Collaborates with customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, suppliers, and customers
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan
- Verifies engineering BOM has been correctly implemented
- Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies
- Reports schedule adherence issues
- Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
- Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules
- Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
- Ensures compliance with inventory management policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Supply Chain practices and processes
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- 2+ years experience in logistics and/or inventory management
- 2+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
