About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for EHS across SIWS
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of EHS professionals
- Partner with program and site leadership to integrate safety into design, production, testing, and operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, NASA and international regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in hazard identification, risk reduction, and safety management systems
- Serve as primary interface with internal SIWS stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
- Champion a safety-first culture through training and communication
- Track, analyze, and report on key EHS metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience implementing or managing an environmental, health and safety management system
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 3+ years of experience with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in a managerial role
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing a team in a multi-skill discipline
