About the role
- Develop Python based devops tools and Python tool development
- Support devops tasks across the Boeing Software Factory and automate orchestration, packaging, and testing of software products
- Implement and update Gitlab CI pipelines
- Update and implement Bazel modules to support various languages (Python, C, C++, Java, Rust)
- Work under general direction to assist teams migrating into the Boeing Software Factory
- CodeVue coding challenge technical assessment required as part of selection process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing Python modules and/or scripts
- 3+ years of experience developing CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI preferred)
- 3+ years of experience developing software for embedded systems, using one or more RTOS (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with C/C++ development (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with Bazel (Module development preferred) (preferred)
- Rust development experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Must meet export control compliance: "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
