About the role

  • Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans
  • Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration
  • Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems
  • Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
  • Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education
  • Oversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery
  • Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers
  • Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases
  • Assist in the audit processes and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
  • 6+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
  • 6+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 6+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
