Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans
Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration
Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems
Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education
Oversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery
Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers
Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases
Assist in the audit processes and other duties as assigned
Requirements
6+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
6+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
6+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
6+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
