Responsible for emerging scope of work to ensure In-service success for customers operating all BCFs
Partner and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, Customer Support, Fleet Chief Office, Sales, and other integrated teams to create and execute plans that support our customers obtaining maximum value from our BCF product
Participate with Customer Support and Marketing in customer reviews of fleet issues and corrective actions
Manage repairs and warranty issues associated with previously converted freighters
Represent In-Service Success in future BCF Airplane Programs development cycles to ensure customer intelligence from in-service operations is voiced and embedded in the greater development plan
Communicate integrated performance across functions and to the Converted Freighters leadership
