About the role

  • Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program requirements
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives
  • Creates schedules, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support program decision maker
  • Helps transition the program to a new tool set
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, information technology or Business Operations
  • 3+ years of experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management
  • Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as a liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling, and management
