About the role
- Lead integration testing for large-scale digital transformation projects
- Manage cross-functional coordination and collaboration across Boeing employees and System Integrators
- Develop and refine test strategies for SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional modules
- Create and manage complex end-to-end testing plans and timelines
- Lead execution of all phases of testing lifecycle across multi-disciplinary teams
- Establish and oversee defect management across defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with development and integration teams for defect resolution
- Oversee design, planning, and execution of test scenarios and scripts
- Drive adoption and execution of test automation frameworks
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings for updates and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products
- 5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in SAP release management and/or test automation
