About the role
- Lead and implement the asset management program for site facilities and critical infrastructure
- Define required levels of service for infrastructure systems
- Manage risk associated with system functionality based on data-driven asset performance metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Support and lead asset management strategy for facilities equipment and infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in asset management
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
- 3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
- Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
