About the role
- Operating the Electronic Support Measures (ESM) subsystem
- Performing systematic operational checks on the ESM system and determining optimal sensor setups
- Ensuring accurate collection, display, and dissemination of ES data
- Coordinating with external and internal agencies to verify the accuracy of ES data
- Troubleshooting the ESM system and understanding anomalous behavior or database misidentifications
- ESM/EWSP Training Development management
- ABM Training Development management
Requirements
- Proven experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or ESM system operations.
- Strong ability to interpret signal data and recognize technical patterns or system anomalies.
- Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and summarize findings.
- Skilled in technical reporting and cross-agency coordination.
- Instructor/Evaluator experience and understanding of ISD principles.
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required.
- 5+ Years of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and operations (preferred).
