About the role
- Integrate stakeholder organizations' requirements into GE&T resource planning and strategy
- Develop, manage and communicate commitments and performance for GE&T including SOW, resources, cost, schedule and risk
- Management of program baseline: participate in the change management process and ensure alignment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and tracking of program requirements
- Track program progress and performance, develop reporting materials, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing changes based on stakeholder input
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
- 5+ years' experience in working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications
