About the role

  • Integrate stakeholder organizations' requirements into GE&T resource planning and strategy
  • Develop, manage and communicate commitments and performance for GE&T including SOW, resources, cost, schedule and risk
  • Management of program baseline: participate in the change management process and ensure alignment
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and tracking of program requirements
  • Track program progress and performance, develop reporting materials, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing changes based on stakeholder input

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
  • 5+ years' experience in working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications
