Lead survey research data collection, operations, analysis and results delivery
Manage survey implementation, data collection, analysis, and dashboard administration
Define project scope, develop timelines, and manage resources
Analyze complex survey data sets and generate actionable insights
Provide training and support to colleagues on using the survey research platform
Troubleshoot technical issues related to survey deployment and data collection

Requirements

Master’s degree in quantitative research, statistics, data science, or a related field
Experience programming and managing research on survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
Proficiency in data querying languages, such as SQL or Teradata
Proficiency in at least one statistical program (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, or Python)
Experience developing and executing detailed executive-ready reports and presentations efficiently
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
