About the role
- Lead survey research data collection, operations, analysis and results delivery
- Manage survey implementation, data collection, analysis, and dashboard administration
- Define project scope, develop timelines, and manage resources
- Analyze complex survey data sets and generate actionable insights
- Provide training and support to colleagues on using the survey research platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to survey deployment and data collection
Requirements
- Master’s degree in quantitative research, statistics, data science, or a related field
- Experience programming and managing research on survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
- Proficiency in data querying languages, such as SQL or Teradata
- Proficiency in at least one statistical program (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, or Python)
- Experience developing and executing detailed executive-ready reports and presentations efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
