About the role

  • Lead survey research data collection, operations, analysis and results delivery
  • Manage survey implementation, data collection, analysis, and dashboard administration
  • Define project scope, develop timelines, and manage resources
  • Analyze complex survey data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on using the survey research platform
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to survey deployment and data collection

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in quantitative research, statistics, data science, or a related field
  • Experience programming and managing research on survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Proficiency in data querying languages, such as SQL or Teradata
  • Proficiency in at least one statistical program (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, or Python)
  • Experience developing and executing detailed executive-ready reports and presentations efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
