About the role

  • Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts by working closely with suppliers and customers
  • Tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service
  • Internal customer support for the sale of consumables for the aviation industry
  • Looking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled
  • Responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in coordination with materials management and shipping departments
  • Regular communication with customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes
  • Monitoring returns and processing complaints, being the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a commercial training within logistics, wholesale or another related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
  • Initial experience within after sales and order resolution
  • Solid, proven written and spoken English skills.
