About the role
- Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts by working closely with suppliers and customers
- Tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service
- Internal customer support for the sale of consumables for the aviation industry
- Looking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled
- Responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in coordination with materials management and shipping departments
- Regular communication with customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes
- Monitoring returns and processing complaints, being the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer
Requirements
- Successful completion of a commercial training within logistics, wholesale or another related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
- Initial experience within after sales and order resolution
- Solid, proven written and spoken English skills.
