About the role
- Lead and grow the Production Systems Training team within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)
- Own the strategy, design, deployment, continuous improvement, and performance of training for production systems
- Drive standardized curricula and competency models for production roles
- Oversee training needs analysis, lifecycle development, assessment, validation in the production environment, and training effectiveness measurement
- Partner with program management, manufacturing engineering, and quality to integrate training with process changes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- 5+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
