About the role

  • Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process
  • Support the SI&OP 6-step monthly cycle by conducting reviews and meetings
  • Engage with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Oversee development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts
  • Collaborate to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to SI&OP
  • Identify and address potential supply chain bottlenecks
  • Conduct regular SI&OP meetings
  • Prepare reports and presentations on SI&OP performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Experience with Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP)
  • 5+ years of experience developing or deploying analytical models and/or forecasts
  • Experience working in Service Parts Management (SPM)
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP Supply Chain systems
