About the role

  • Lead and grow the Production Systems Training team within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) to deliver scalable, effective training solutions
  • Own the strategy, design, deployment, continuous improvement, and performance of training for production systems
  • Serve as a senior leader and cross-functional partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and digital transformation teams
  • Develop and execute the vision and multi-year strategy for production systems training aligned to BDS PST operational goals
  • Lead a team of training professionals to design and deliver instructor-led, blended, and eLearning solutions
  • Establish metrics and KPIs and report program performance to senior leadership
  • Ensure training meets regulatory and contractual requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans
  • Willing to travel domestically as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
