About the role
- Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and serve as an advisor to management on complex HR matters
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processes
- Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters
- Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion
- Facilitate action planning and follow-through with partners
- Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teammates
- Develop and implement HR actions inclusive of: performance management, compensation, organization design, talent management, succession planning, change management, and workforce planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- Human Resources certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or HRBP capacity
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues
- 3+ years of experience in a role supporting union populations/Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
