About the role
- Manage and integrate employee activities across Information Technologies
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans
- Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to meet organizational goals
- Acquire resources for department activities
- Mentor team members and help them to set and achieve personal goals
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Drive automation opportunities such as Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
- 5+ years of experience working within a global development team
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
- 3+ years of experience in application integration, APIs and Microservices
- 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
