Lead a team of supply chain professionals, project managers, and business analysts to support the development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development of end-to-end process flows
Partner with the BCA Digital program on the development and execution of the holistic ERP architecture plan
Monitor and report on team performance metrics
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal supply chain partners and external stakeholders
Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects
Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Relevant industry certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
