- Join a team leading assurance and advisory audit engagements
- Assess operational effectiveness and process controls
- Provide consultation and recommendations to leaders
- Shape the enterprise risk management program
- Foster business partner relationships across leadership levels

- Develop comprehensive plans for audit engagements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/Accounting
- 8+ years of experience in a finance or related role
- 8+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen to influence and shape process and/or strategy
- 5+ years of experience performing in a leadership role within an aerospace/large-scale manufacturing industry
- Experience leading a diverse team with a broad statement of work
- Willing and able to travel 10-20% of the time
