About the role

  • Own the IMM Program P&L performance to ensure business financial and customer success measures are achieved
  • Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) collaboration across key internal and external partners
  • Develop and manage direct customer relationships within the IMM Program
  • Lead and develop the overall IMM growth strategy
  • Monitor and assess service or product competitors

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal /or informal leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management within the aerospace industry
  • 1+ years of experience with strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and integration
  • A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
