About the role
- Own the IMM Program P&L performance
- Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) collaboration
- Develop and manage direct customer relationships
- Be accountable for meeting LRBP revenue, earnings, and cash targets
- Lead and develop the overall IMM growth strategy
- Oversee all IMM program execution across Boeing platforms
- Monitor and assess service or product competitors
- Work across BGS Commercial Spares, Managed Parts Programs, and Functional Leadership teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal /or informal leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management within the aerospace industry
- 1+ years of experience with strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Background in the commercial aftermarket parts products/offerings preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
