About the role
- Independently develop, maintain, and update integrated plans and schedules to meet program or project requirements
- Perform schedule and data analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments, and root-cause analysis to determine impacts and constraints
- Create and maintain project reports, metrics, dashboards, and change activity records
- Lead coordination for project deliverables and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve project objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, business systems, and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects
- 2+ years of RTE experience operating in an Agile Development environment
- Project Management Certification or a Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Advanced use of MS PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent)
