About the role

  • Support the ongoing management of Safety Assessments and associated evidence artefacts for Boeing product and services
  • Implement the BDUK strategy for identifying, managing and mitigating risks relating to Boeing products and services
  • Develop a level of understanding of the scope and definition of aircraft systems and services
  • Identify, analyse safety issues, and design options for improvement and/or control
  • Gain knowledge of safety legislation, policies and standards, and collaborate across engineering functions to achieve compliance
  • Support the development of programme safety documentation required to meet contractual deliverables.
  • Understand how safety concerns are presented across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • UK National status is required, and candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
