About the role
- Design, develop, and implement learning curriculum for electrical, mechanical, and avionics flightline systems
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids
- Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, production operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning program with other organizational initiatives
- Be cognizant of budget, including vendor selection, to optimize resources and achieve cost-efficiency
- Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies, curriculum development and adult learning principles
- 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience communicating and presenting, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
