- Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements
- Create and implement candidate generation strategies
- Leverage Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions
- Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates
- Participate in recruiting events as needed
Requirements
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
- 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- 3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates
