About the role

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements
  • Create and implement candidate generation strategies
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions
  • Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates
  • Participate in recruiting events as needed

Requirements

  • Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
  • 3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates
