About the role
- Support the Business Operations Senior Manager of the Engineering and Product Support Organization
- Work closely with Executive Directors and other Business Operations teammates to build and enhance organizational operational integration
- Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management
- Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics
- Prepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
- 5+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
- 5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
- 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations (preferred)
- Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members (preferred)
- Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance (preferred)
- Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework (preferred)
