About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners in support of cross-functional program leadership teams.
- Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance.
- Support and execute key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, talent planning, and workforce development.
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends and inform decisions that enhance employee experience and business results.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture by advising on employee and labor relations matters, change management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as compensation, labor relations, and training.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, recognition, and leadership capability across supported teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience creating and executing business initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred)
- Experience in operational workforce planning (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale organizational change and geographically dispersed populations (preferred)
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (preferred)
