About the role
- Provide structures functional leadership across the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers
- Responsible for Safety and Airworthiness Management across structures
- Ensure standardization of tools, processes and workforce across the capability
- Drive technical execution on development, production and sustainment programs
- Manage and Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Capability
- Support Enterprise Standard Gate Reviews
- Support Flight Test Mission Assurance Reviews
- Lead Technical Design Reviews (TDRs)
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science Degree from an accredited course of study in a technical field
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- 5+ years of Mech / Struct Experience
- FAA, EASA and/or Mil-Cert Experience
- Common Non Recurring Product Development Experience
- Model Based Definition and Full Size Determinant Assy Experience
