About the role
- Primary contact for assigned BCA supplier accounts responsible for collections processes
- Develop and implement specific supplier account strategies
- Identify & manage high risk customers with business risk and collection strategy
- Lead and support negotiations to resolve customer account receivable issues
- Provide technical and operational guidance to peers and management
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service role
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables)
- 1+ years of experience on a cross-functional team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (preferred)
