Lead the operational execution and strategic design of the Supplier Management team
Manage daily Supplier Management operations, including pre- and post-contract activities
Establish SRM/SPM practices and governance frameworks
Drive Lean process improvements across the Source-to-Pay ecosystem
Build and strengthen relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Lead and integrate a global, multi-cultural team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
10+ years of experience implementing strategy or process improvements in Supplier Management
10+ years of experience working cross-functionally with all levels of business
5+ years of experience within Information Technology and Digital domains
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
Experience leading enterprise-scale Source-to-Pay or Contract Lifecycle transformation initiatives (preferred)
Strong financial acumen and conflict of interest assessment process knowledge
