About the role
- Partner closely with Law and Global Compliance leaders to create Talent Strategies that support Business Strategies
- Develop and deploy integrated HR services, processes and data analytics that drive business results
- Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultation
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR
- Partner closely with leadership team and other key stakeholders to develop a deep, diverse talent pipeline of current and future leaders
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate
- Coach all team member levels, including management and executive leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist strategic business partner role
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Human Resources certification(s)
- Experience problem-solving and performing data analysis
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating presentations with PowerPoint and using Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization
