- Develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals
- Develop a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety
- Leads, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
- Manages employees performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime
