About the role
- Establish and evolve the mission, scope, and operating model of the Product Security Engineering Peer Assisted Learning Lab (PSE PAL Lab)
- Define and execute a sustainable strategy for the growth, integration, and long‑term success of the PSE PAL Lab
- Design, develop, and continuously improve peer‑led learning experiences and lab processes
- Lead, facilitate, or delegate high‑value learning labs and problem‑solving forums
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and program leadership
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging product security engineering methods, tools, and scalable practices
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
- 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience managing and/or applying product security principles across the engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and sustainment
- Ability to communicate complex technical and security concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- CISSP Certified
