About the role
- Lead Operational Flight Program (OFP) software teams supporting Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) and Direct Attack (DA) weapons
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the software development lifecycle
- Oversee budgets, monitor earned value performance, and deliver objective forecasts
- Maintain performance measurement baseline and compute key EVM indicators
- Collaborate with systems engineering, test, QA, and supply chain to ensure software delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in product development, program management, project management, engineering, and/or training services
- Experience working with Military or DoD customers strongly desired
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
