About the role
- Define the Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy
- Oversee the development and management of the data and AI product within Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S)
- Partner with Engagement Leaders for the businesses and functions
- Drive data, digital thread and AI applications in manufacturing, safety and quality domains
- Build a strategy for maturing data and AI capabilities in their domain
- Communicate complex messages and trade-offs
- Work with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Embrace change and empower others to learn and grow
- Develop product strategy roadmaps with a clear tie to value realization
- Build, manage, deploy and grow product portfolio for data, analytics and AI capabilities in manufacturing, safety and quality domains
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of experience in a product management specialist area or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems
- 3+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- 3+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation
- Experience developing strategic product and technical roadmaps
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time domestically
