About the role

  • Lead Operational Flight Program (OFP) software teams supporting Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) and Direct Attack (DA) weapons
  • Manage the software development lifecycle and ensure fielded software meets requirements
  • Own Cost Account Management (CAM) for assigned software work
  • Monitor project budgets and lead programs to successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, test, QA, and supply chain

Requirements

  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in product development
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, and/or training services
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
