About the role
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end computing solutions for Global Real Estate and Facilities
- Define solution architectures that meet functional needs and enterprise standards
- Produce architecture artifacts like data models, deployment topologies, and integration diagrams
- Lead design and delivery of cross-system integrations
- Mentor developers, Functional Analysts, and junior architects
- Collaborate with data engineers to define canonical data models
- Design secure approaches for connecting BAS/OT systems
- Ensure solutions comply with Boeing security, identity, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience with Operational Technology
- 10+ years of experience with SaaS architecture and cloud-based solutions
- 10+ years of experience in system engineering (e.g. Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements or Test)
- Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate systems, construction/project systems, or industrial OT environments (preferred)
- Experience with protocols and technologies common to BAS/OT and IoT device management (preferred)
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) including serverless patterns and managed services for data processing (preferred)
